The Good

-I’ve been much more consistent these past weeks.

-I’m hitting the gym 2-3 times a week mainly for spinning (occasional elliptical and weight machines). I am happy with –and needed- the change in my routine. I also like checking other fit people out—as in trainers with their clients to learn new moves. Speaking of which I got 2 free sessions with a personal trainer. We did upper and lower circuits on each session. It was AWESOME. Some moves I knew (thanks to Jillian) and others were new to me, and challenging!!! Trainers do a lot of combined moves with bands, weights, balls, etc… that force you to move more than just one set of muscles (and always using core and balance) unlike a regular gym weight machine. Plus the motivation; they push you to your limits! But I cannot afford a trainer just yet especially after paying the gym membership.
-I lost a pound!! Yes, one lb! And I am so happy because I hadn’t seen the scale go below 133 in about a year. Seriously a year. Not that I was really looking to lose. But it goes to show wht a change in routine can do!!

-I’m eating fish about 3 times a week. Also doing very good with fruits and vegetables.

-Adding whey protein to my regular morning smoothie of fruit and yogurt.

-Have been really good these past 2 weeks controlling sweet cravings and no bingeing. Yay me!

The Bad

-Having way too much wine on the weekends. Seriously too much. MUST STOP.

-Having a little too much coffee everyday. TRYING to eliminate one cup….

Moving forward---a new week!

Look at you! You've done great and I know exactly how it feels to see the scale move even just a teeny bit after being stuck so long you think it's broken.

It's good to switch things up with the workouts, doing the same thing too long can get boring plus our muscles get used to it so the switch is a good challenge, I started losing when I added little walks to my runs, not upping the intensity just adding something different, crazy huh?

I'm glad you are eating healthier, I wish I could afford to eat more fish but mostly I can afford farmed and I know that's not very healthy. I love fish so whenever I can splurge on the wild I go for it so be careful of mercury and all that stuff.
