So.. it's been a while for me and Sparkpeople.
But I realized how much I miss blogging, in video format and text format.
So, of course, I came back. SP is really the only place I feel like I can talk about my weight loss journey and not feel like everyone else is going to think I am just complaining.
So here I am. =)
I am not counting calories though.
I joined Weight Watchers a month ago, and am going to be counting points, and thankfully it has nothing to do with calories because I am SOOOO tired of counting calories. Lol.
I no longer am an active member of WW because I am trying to save money, plus am going to be very busy with my husband changing jobs and us moving within the next few months. So I just didnt have the time.
And I wont even have an amazing amount of time for SP, but any time, is good time. =)
My husband bought me an iPod nano, loaded it up with music, an iTunes gift card, and printed me out coupons for free 30 minute running sessions with him whenever I wanted to use them. =) So I have no reason not to get out there and get back to running.
I will be following a program similar to the couch to 5k, except it is a 6 week program =)
This is do or die for me. I am having problems with tachycardia (my heart beats too fast). Normal is 60-100, mine is 118-140. So yeah. BBBIIIIGGGG problem. I need to lose the weight to help fix this problem because doctors cant find any other problem causing it and it is definitely a problem when your heart beats too fast even in your sleep!
So, please, pray for me.
Like I said, do or die. Who's in?
