Woo Hoo! I actually got in some exercise today! I did wimp out on a couple of them because my knees were trying to give out on me and I was afraid I was going to fall, but I kept moving anyway, even though I wasn't doing the impact (jumping jacks, butt kicks). Anything's progress, right? And tomorrow will be better as I get stronger and in better shape. *whew!!*

    Yes, Rhonda. 30 Day Shred, Level 1, easiest version, and it was still a little too much for my knees. Hopefully over time that will get better too though! emoticon

    Woo hoo!! I am glad you did NOT fall... was this by any chance the 30 day shred?? cause I have to modify those too. And it kicks MY butt.. but in any case.. starting your fitness plan means starting where you are and working from there. :) Not from where ANYONE else is. But where you are in 2 weeks will NOT be the same as now if you invest in yourself NOW. So YAY!
