No progress -- also no regress so I'm okay.
Woke up to two inches of snow this morning. I'm sure it snowed at least another inch during the day. At supper time, it seems to have quit.
I guess I jumped the gun on whether spring was here when I blogged last week that it was looking better.
Last week's goals ---
Try to stay sane with the work projects that need to be finished -- well, they didn't haul me away...
Blog at least once a week -- got this
Drink my water -- no problem
No other goals -- nailed this one!
Next week --
Eat within calorie ranges
Cardio -- 10 minutes three times this week.
Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times.
64 oz of water, not just fluids
Blog at least once a week
