My New Fitness Goal!

I've set a new fitness goal. "To do at least 10 min. exercise every day." The key here is the "every day" part.

Fitness every day?? gasp!

All kidding aside, this is a very do-able goal for me. The thing is, I've lost track of how many times I have set more challenging goals in the past (20 min./day, 30 min. 3 x week, etc. etc.), but then not met those goals. Therefore, I'm going with this goal that is very easy (fitness-wise) for me, with the knowledge that this one is a goal I can attain EVERY day --- and the hope that it will then translate to a new lifestyle habit.

Hopefully many days once I've done the 10 min. I'll keep going and do more (however, no guilt feelings allowed if I don't do more --- 10 min. is my daily goal and I've ACHIEVED it!), but I'm setting a goal that is very achievable for me so that I will have no excuse not to do it! I'm really wanting to experience ACHIEVEMENT in the area of fitness consistency, and to build a new LIFESTYLE HABIT, and I believe that this goal will work for me to do this.
