Complaining

Well I am barely doing 30 minutes of working out at the gym focusing on my core and cardio and thighs and I am so sore. but don't want to back it off to 20 minutes. I think I need to just keep at 30 minutes till the soreness goes away.

I went out to White Rock lake today and got a little sun burned and have a really bad head ache.

Wow, I am really complaining a lot. Think I will just call it a night, and go get some sleep... if I can. I have a lot to do tomorrow.

    Oh wow-lucky ducky! Went to a lake and got some sun, that's awesome!! I live in eastern Iowa and it is windy, cold, and snow snow showers this afternoon. Thank God it didn't stick!! Get a good nights sleep. Sometimes that will make us feel better. Keep up the good work at the gym.

    take a day off from the gym and just go for a nice walk.... use some noxema on the burn and you'll feel like a million bucks... i always put my noxema in the fridge it cools u right down...

    It will pass .... just need to skip a day and do another exercise inbetween ... you'll get there ... you have done so well.
