Whew! Today I walked for 4 hours. Not fast but continuously and now I'm ready for bed. Of course I spent money and had lunch - which was good and pretty healthy. Now tomorrow I'm not walking anywhere - well maybe to the pew in church. :)
Back to working on the goals for this weeks challenge. Going to do those 30 minute exercises and lose some more pounds. This week it worked so I'm sure as long as I'm careful I can do it.
