2.4 more pounds gone!

As I woke up this morning, I realized that it was weigh in day. I was a little leary on it because I have been losing pretty steadily each week and I anticipated a smaller number this week......

Did I do enough exercise? Could I have done more?

Well, I guess I did do enough.....because the scale says that I am down ANOTHER 2.4 pounds! I am so happy.......because I am at the halfway point of my first "small goal".....(30 lbs)!!

I have been working really hard to get control back in my life......and it IS paying off. I have surrounded myself with weight loss articles/shows/webpages/etc...
..this helps me to stay motivated. If we are planning on eating somewhere else (other than home where I control the meals I make), I research the menus so that I can make a smart choice on what I can and can't have.......this way, I am prepared when we go.......I have even spread the spark at work.....people know to come to me with questions on calories/fat content!

I have alot of wonderful friends on this site, too! I love the additional support from them! Thank you all...........

So, as I move forward today..........I know that I can reach my goal..........and for any newbies on this site, I know you can do it too!!!! Just stay motivated and utilize the website........make friends and stay focused.........

Well, I'm off to do my treadmill workout now........so have a great day everyone!
