BLC challenge this weekend is to blog, log & do cardio/strength but hubby and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary and had a romantic dinner out at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. No way I'm even attempting to log everything I ate. I didn't try to be reasonable....I'm reasonable probably 360 days out of the year. I will be reasonable tomorrow. Tonight I had two drinks...manhattans, bread, salad, veal chop smothered with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms & cheese, garlic green beans, lyonaisse potatoes and a gooey chocolate cake with ice cream for dessert. Yes, there was all kinds of gluten & I'm paying for it already. oh well, I loved every bite but didn't finish everything on my plate! The nice thing is that I know I don't need to eat that way all the time. Once every six months or so makes it special.

This week I've been really consistent about walking getting in a brisk 2 miles every day. The puppy is definitely over the baby stage & no longer wants to be carried half way. I think we are going to buy a treadmill this weekend so I can start running without having to crate him to go to the gym. The pollen is predicted to be severe this spring and I don't dare go outdoors to run. I haven't done well on ST.... only got one day in & need to do more. I also want to start the yoga again. I dvr'd some shows to play in the mornings from fitTV.
