Somewhere along this 3 week journey with SP, while I've been exercising nearly every day, I've discovered that I feel better and have decided to increase the amount of exercise that I am doing - WHAT?!
Wait a minute, who am I? I'm a confirmed hater of exercise. Hmmm...slowly, that seems to be changing.
I started out with the "Stronger Seniors" dvd's (we have a team on here for that), using Anne Burnell's 2 disc set - Stretch on M/W/F & Strength on T/H/Sat, then walking a mile on Sundays. Now I'm planning to add the mile walk before my "stretch" workouts 3x a week. WOWZA!
Wish me luck! I started today... ("Let the Games Begin!")
