A tribute to my son Andrew!

I had to write a blog about my son because he always can make me laugh and put a smile on my face. Plus, he turns 10 tomorrow!
Andrew can always make me laugh. He just has this personality that really shines through. The things that come out of his mouth are just hilarious and the impressions and movements he makes are just so funny.
He recently had me laughing because he is trying to learn how to skip. He is a wrestler and at a recent practice he was supposed to skip during his warm up. He just kept looking over at my hubby and saying, "I don't know how.....". But continued to try skipping looking absolutely ridiculous. He didn't care though.... and that is his personality.
So the other night he demonstrated for me how he was skipping. The kid looked like he was marching with high knees that were apart too much. It was just too much to handle. He sat there laughing and smiling while trying to skip and just couldn't get it down.
(Side note: We are going to continue to work with him because everybody should learn how to skip. It is just going to take him a little longer.)
He finds the humor and good in everything that he does. And he is such a lovable kid. I am so lucky to have him!
He came into my room this morning at 5:00 a.m. waking me up and telling me, "Mom.... tomorrow is my birthday"!
So "Happy 10th Birthday Andrew" and thanks for being you!
Love,
Mom
P.S.
Wish me some luck..... 11 boys coming over for a sleep over party to celebrate his birthday. What did I get myself into?!?!?
