BLC-16 KICK-OFF WEEKEND CHALLENGE-WIDE-CHALLENGE
Friday, April 15 through midnight Monday, April 18

B - BLOG/JOURNAL
Sit down every day of this challenge and either make your plan or analyze your day/progress. Keep your FOCUS and decide what you deserve a pat on the back for and what still might need a little tweaking (5pts. per day).

L - LOG YOUR CALORIES (on spark, in a journal, or in your blog)
If you bite it, you write it (5pts. per day).

C - Cardio/Strength
Choose either or do both (5pts. for every 20 minutes - up to 15pts. per day).

Bonus (5pts. for completing all 3 each day)

NINJA 16 Side-Challenge (This side-challenge can be spread out however you want over the weekend!)
Do 16 sets of strength training exercises (your choice – 1pt. per set).
Eat at least 16 servings of freggies (1pt. per serving).

When tracking, please keep the numbers separate as seen below. Thanks!!!!
