2011 Watch out!

Soooooooo....I didn't get where I wanted to be in 2010 and the beginning of 2011 was full of health issues. But on 4/1 I started a 21 day spring yoga program. It has jump started me into exercising and eating better. I'm loving the way I feel after yoga class. It has improved my days and mood! I'm sad that it's over next week. The studio is planning on keeping a few morning classes after the 21 days. I hope they do. I'm going to join a gym for the other days. I really feel like I'm on the right track to health and happiness! :)
