First the bad news...

Friday, April 15, 2011

I haven't lost any weight since the first of the year.

THE GOOD NEWS...I haven't gained any weight since the first of the year.

This is the longest I've gone after a weight loss where I didn't just bounce back up and beyond my start weight. Must be learning something after all these years.

I want to thank those of you who have reached out to me from time to time while I kept to myself...you know who you are!

In a few weeks I will have completed my studies and will be graduating with my bachelor's degree...my son will be graduating as well from college and then the first of June my son is getting married.

Life as usual does not always go as planned but again, despite the many issues going on, I maintained...so excited about that!

I must admit that I'm not going to be terribly active over the next 6 weeks or so with finishing school, traveling for graduation for my son and then his wedding. But I do recognize that Spark helped me lose the first 44 and I will be turning back to Spark when I get home later in June to renew my efforts to lose the next 44 and more!

I sure hope everyone else is doing well and are using the many tools that help all of us in our journey towards a healthier life! Hope Spring has arrived where you are and that it is bringing you a sense of renewal!
