i got my child out riding her bike when i went for a jog this after noon it wasn't as long as i would have liked or as fast but she had fun helping mom run then after dinner we both went for a small bike ride i am happy that my child likes to go for bike rides i am also signing my child to play baseball over the summer so that will also help us stay moving though the summer

great job on getting the lil one involved with the workouts and with baseball this summmer...its good to get the kids incorporated in sports...i remember when we wanted to go outside and play kickball and ride our bikes and stuff nowdays most kids look at playing outside like it is an alien from outerspace...so kudos to u mama for getting the lil one involved in sports 3605 days ago
