Just a quick check-in today. I have been really busy the last couple of days at work and after work. I haven't been able to fit in as much physical activity as usual, but have stayed focused anyway. This is a victory for me. I have a tendency to let all areas slip if one has to. Not this time. I again credit the BodyBugg for this. Even though I wasn't doing the extra fitness, I knew that I would see the total calorie burn at the end of the day and that kept me logging my intake and being mindful of what went into my mouth so that I could try to keep a calorie deficit at the end of the day. IT WORKED! Tomorrow I can get back to my regular routine and kick up the fitness a notch and in the meantime I didn't sabotage myself this time! YIPEE!!!

I'm going to try to commit to checking in tomorrow just to verify that I got things back on track.
