Just keep trying, you can do this!! Try boosting your exercise intensity or just extending it by 10 minutes or so. You'll get through it! I know you can! I have faith in you!

Your program might be set up incorrectly. Did you enter your weight in KG or pounds because I don't think you weigh 317 pounds like your ticker says. If you don't have the correct weight in there, Spark might be greatly overestimating the number of calories you should eat.

I hit a plateau for a few months. It was very disheartening, and I had a few days each week of not tracking my food and skipping exercise. Then I reread success stories and decided that I was expecting too much too soon. I lost the first 40 pounds walking 3 miles everyday. I decided to kick it up a notch, so now I walk a mile, and then run a mile. I go to Zumba 3x a week too. The scale usually hits a standstill the week of my cycle. But then drops the following week. My weight is going down again! It took me 20 years to put on the weight. It may take me 2 years to take it off, but as I lose weight, it only gets better and better. I won't be back at 252 pounds ever again. I know I will be able to do things I used to enjoy (racquetball) and things I want to learn how to do (snowboarding).

    Hang in there!
