The weight is not going anywhere. And I'm not going to kid myself and say that I don't know why. Its because I can't stick to good eating habits. I have good days and bad days, mostly bad days. I'm still working on finding balance. It's taking a lot longer than I thought it would to lose this weight. Everything else in life that I set out to do, I get it done...everything except losing weight...

It is just so FRUSTRATING! I know what I need to do, it just getting it done...

But I will admit, I have come further than I was a few years ago. I just need to focus on the positive, make better choice, and break bad habits.

I've started eating clean, which I really like. But when I track my calories, I am way below my calorie intake on SP. So I use that as an excuse to eat more... I really don't know what to do...

I totally feel your pain. I thought I'd been eating pretty healthy and figured the weight would fall off with the addition of exercise but it hasn't. I found out through the tracking that I was eating pretty healthy but just too much. So I've just decided to be more aware of my snacking and up the exercise. You can do it girl! Breathe through the frustration and get back in the ring! emoticon

Gaining weight is easy ( I know), but you know deep down in your heart you CAN do it!!! You said yourself when u set out to do other things you accomplish what u set out to do...
You might want to buy a motivational piece of clothing to set as a goal... I did that and when I feel like eating crap I look at that dress and I drink water....
It's not easy, but you know your can do it!!!! emoticon

Personally, I'd try to eat intuitively for a few days and not focus on the number on Spark. Spark's recommendations aren't the end all, be all. Just because you haven't eaten all your calories doesn't mean you should eat more. If you're full then don't worry about it. That's actually why I stopped tracking my calories a few months ago because I did the same thing. Since I stopped tracking, I've lost 6 lbs.

Eating clean should be a lifestyle so if you feel deprived or like you're dieting then you're going about it wrong. You can clean up most of your favorite foods so you don't feel deprived. I think the key is to focus on fiber, protein and water since all three leave you feeling full.

You have all the tools and resources so now it's just a matter of getting your head in the game which is the hardest part hence why some people are life long dieters. emoticon
