Not a bad day

Yesterday was pretty good considering how busy of a day it was at work. Very few choices to be had that can be called good ones I'm afraid. But, I came in just a little over total calories so I'm calling that good! Today will be better!

Today I am going to:

1. Stay in my total calorie range for the day
2. Drink 10 glasses of water
3. Get some exercise after work
4. Have a great day!
