I'm tired of my blogs being so old, so here is the entry from my actual blog that I posted today.
So, I've been back and forth thinking about what food to eliminate next, and I think I'm going to try corn. I don't eat much corn anyway, but it is found in some processed foods, and also I eat a lot of popcorn. I'm not looking forward to giving up my popcorn but if it means figuring out one more thing, I guess I'm up to the challenge. So, the next thing to do is reintroduce eggs. I've been meaning to do just that, but I keep forgetting. If I remember I'll do it tomorrow, I'll have an egg for lunch. (fingers crossed that it'll be clear one way or the other)
The other big thing is to clear up the hives. I was forgetting to put the hydrocortisone cream on and they got worse, but since I've been remembering to use it they are getting better. My skin is red and broken from scratching a few times, but other than that it is doing a lot better.
I've worked out a couple times this week trying to build up some strength. I'm feeling pretty ok today, but I'm concerned that I won't feel well enough to babysit on Saturday. I'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow and if my energy level is not still improving then I'll be calling one of my sisters to see if they can go along to help me out.
Sigh. I wish I could just rewind a few weeks and not have all this allergy junk.
