Ok, so started p90x today. Woooo, let me tell you it was a hard 60 min workout. It consisted of pushups, then pull ups, push ups, then pull ups, then me saying this is soooo hard, then more pushups, and then some more pull So day one complete of chest and back. Lets see how tomorrow goes. I am excited to do ab work tomorrow. Who knows if my tune will change afterwards. My arms are starting to hurt now from all the pushups I did today. i am going to be sooooo sore tomorrow. I hope I can make it!!! Yay!

    Alicia and Sugar...Yes, I totally agree it is hell!! Sugar, yes the under the fence moves were killer. Did you do the ab workout afterwards? I skipped it. Did not realize it was part of yesterdays workout. I may do it later today to catch up. Today's hardest I think was the Frog jumping squats...omg...sooooo hard...especially on carpet. woooooo....good luck girl....we just have to keep on pressing play. Keep it up and we will be super sexy by summer...woot!

    oh, and yes i am using the bands too, i would like to purchase the pull up bar, just dont know where i would put

    Hey I did it for the first day today too! What was hardest for you? For me it was the moves that are like sliding under a fence. I can't remember what they're called right now. Oh, and also the diamond push ups! Yikes!

    Are you using a pull up bar or bands or weights? I'm using bands. One day I'd love to do "real" pull ups!
