Today's fun exercise

Today's "fun" exercise was a bike ride down by the river- 14.5 miles long. We weren't racing, but I felt good about our time (8.5 mph). I will say this biking the river trail is a ton more fun than running it, AND YET my thighs are TIRED!!! Plenty of nice hills to climb, lots of wind to cool, and Oh the sites to see!
I have a vintage Schwinn bike which I adore, BUT they don't make 'em like that anymore. That bike is HEAVY going up a big hill. Good for me, right?
