Another day...

Feeling blah today. emoticon
Why I don't know. Maybe after my mid day walk I will feel better. I'm thinking about going to Zumba this afternoon?

I 'm still working on getting out of the 2teens. This darn stage has been the hardest yet. I remember it took me 10 weeks to get out of the 220s now its taking longer to get out of the 2teens. I'm all over the scales every day every week is different. I've between 214 and 218 FOREVER ! annoying to get on the scales and see it up and down week to week.

So, I've change my fitness and eating for the week. Only Cardio this week no strength training.
Eating the same way though.. today I've had Meal #1: Mango Greek Yogurt w/ crushed Kashi cereal.
Meal #2: Shrimp Zucchini Couscous. Meal #3: Tuna w/ light mayo Meal #4 Tuna Fish Cakes after workout Meal #5 small protein shake. All meals less than or at 1cup. Water going for 64 ounces today.

2mor Menu already in the works just gotta pick up some items from the grocery store.
Meal #1 Egg Whites w/ Grilled Chicken Breast
Meal #2 Cubed Turkey Breast
Meal #3 Tuna Fish Cakes
Meal #4 Cubed Turkey Breast
Meal #5 Chicken and Couscous Skillet
80 grams of portein... 922 Caloriesn
