Spaghetti w/ meatsauce (wheat spaghetti), SB cookies
Maple Pecan Cereal Whole Wheat & 2% milk
I weighed this morning..and I'm up..all that cake this weekend I guess. It'll go away, Just gotta work at it. Now I'm more determined to work HARD!!!! I hate the YO-Y0 ing ! I'm up 3.5 from my biggest loss.
