I'm sick of doing well for 6-8 pounds, then putting them all right back on. I'm sick of exercising every day, just to ruin it all with Ben and Jerry's, chocolate, chips, whatever! I'm sick of this! And grouchy, if you haven't noticed. emoticon

I am not looking for solutions. Those of you tempted to give advice, please don't. I'm too grouchy for that right now. It'll just tick me off. I'm just blogging to blow off steam. For those of you who have read "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus," you know what I mean when I am not looking for solutions. For those of you that haven't read it, find it and read it. emoticon

I'm refocused today. Eating good so far. 50 minutes of yoga - I LOVE YOGA! emoticon I'm just so dang mad I got so far off track. I know better! emoticon

    I know how you feel. Probably many people do. Sparkpeople really helps me to be accountable. But the work and journey is our own.
    Someone once said the fear of failure means you've at least succeeded. To what point? We shouldn't let fear keep us from FURTHERING our success. See? We have been successful (no matter what degree).
    Failure is a learning tool.
    Learn and go beyond your previous success. That's what I hope to accomplish too.

    With some things it takes a while for it to stick. Isn't it nice we have unlimited new beginnings to work toward losing one pound at a time? -- Lou

    Hopefully yoga will calm your nerves, never really gotten into that but it looks very relaxing. BTW, I read the book and it has saved me many times!
