Well this is my first blog.. I think by having this it will help me. It will give me a chance to put my thoughts and progress out there but still maintain some privacy since I don't want everyone in my 'real life' to read everything I have to say, just the people who are here for the same reasons I am...
My biggest challenge right now is the food. My husband is in no way trying to lose weight and he eats and drinks whatever he wants. This is hard for me because he wants fast food and i'm smelling it and craving it. We have been remodeling our bathroom and one bedroom. For the past few weekends I have been eating very poorly. It's hard because I don't feel like cooking while I'm doing all this work. It's easier to just go out and get food. I can see the effects of it. Luckily I'm not gaining anything back, just not losing or losing it as fast as I want.
I've joined the 28 bootcamp challenge. I'm hoping this helps me stick to something and make me accountable.
We will see how this week works with the food!
I will also be working on my spark page sometime this week too.
