After a few weeks of consistently exercising, I am ready to shift a little of my focus towards my caloric intake in effort to create this magical unison of "diet" and exercise. I am surprisingly pleased with my lack of obsession at that task and maybe this is what I need for long term success. Consistency is key and I will take it one week at a time rather than focusing on the "end date" of my goal.

It felt so great to roll in the driveway Saturday morning, throw my hands in the air and be able to tell my husband I accomplished the run I set out to do. That moment was much more satisfying than a bite of chocolate. It really was!
