Having to start over today.... I did liquids all day yesterday. Then stayed up too late watching Bones and starting munching on food cause my stomach was hungry! I couldn't sleep:( .
I hate when that happens.
So, again today with the liquids... and doing 2 powerwalks one at noon (33mins) and again before sunset (33mins.) I am trying all cardio for this week 1hr each day till Sunday. My back and knees need a rest. emoticon

I look forward to getting back to my jogs though b/c I am doing my powerwalks to the podcast-gateway to 8k thru www.kissmyblackass.org. I love this podcast for week1 - all early and mid90s jams. I was walking so fast Sunday !! I had a good sweat/burn going.
My two daughters could barely keep up..they 're age 13 and 7 and letting they're mama beat them walking. LOL !
So, I am most definetly going to do The Gateway to 8K for next month (3x/wk) if I can recall its like
5min -- Warm up Walk
5min---Cooldown walk
----------- emoticon Not a a Bad mix.. So I will plan to do it for Tues/Thurs/Saturdays.
Of course Mon/Wed. Body Pump ...Fridays ( Nike Training Club) and Sundays(powerwalk)
Guess this will be a good schedule for May.
WOW ! April isn't even up yet.. emoticon
