Down a pound.
I think possibly that we WILL have spring this year --- finally. It's been warm enough to melt most of the snow. Of course that means water, more than is necessary...
There is a lot of water running in the Milk River. Some places are okay so far, but in the Glasgow area there is some flooding, which is predicted to get worse. Some of the tributaries are also flooding moderately.
Where I live there is some minor flooding, but nothing drastic, although there are places where it looks like you are driving across a lake.
Goals from last week --
Track food -- None done this week.
Eat within calorie ranges -- While I didn't track, I did watch what I ate and was probably over a couple hundred calories most days.
Cardio -- 10 minutes three times this week. -- I did get cardio three days
Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times. -- No upper body, still have shoulder issues, core 3 times.
64 oz of water, not just fluids -- Did this one, was over most days.
Blog at least once a week -- did this.
Try to stay sane with the work projects that need to be finished.
