I haven't posted in more than a month, but I am hanging in there by a thread! Due to time constraints I just can't log food and fitness as I need too. I am trying to walk, stay active and be cognizant of what I'm eating. I'm definitely watching portion control! Best of all my clothes continue to fit better!
As soon as life allows I will track fitness and food more, which really helps keep me on track. I'm ready to do my 28 day bootcamp again too. That was another really helpful tool to jump starting my fitness and weight loss journey.
I will try to read an article or something SP every day for now. I am going to do my best to keep my good habits and not slide back to the old, but I know from experience how easy it is to not only slide back, but to gain even more weight. I will have to watch this and more importantly, I will have to watch my triggers such as lack of sleep and anxiety, stress, which are times I tend to snack and over eat.
