Ok, the crazy scale is NOT a friend as we ALL KNOW! I know that but lately it is just being a REAL PAIN IN MY BUTT! Week b/f last I busted butt in cardio which I will admit has been slacking some lately and I gained (1.2 lbs.) no not much but I have been down to 183-184 & now I'm back up to 187, that SUCKS! When I look back at how far I've come in a little over a year, I'm still VERY PROUD of everything I've done. When I began this journey in Jan. of 2010 I was 238 pounds, I was obsessed w/the # on the scale & I was NOT HAPPY. I really do not want to start obsessing over that # again. I do LOVE MYSELF now so I think that will really help. When I began this I remember someone asking us to post ONE thing you love about yourself & I drew a blank. I love my kids! My life revolved around everyone But ME! Don't get me wrong I still put others first, I just find some me time now too.
Anyways the reason I'm posting this, I have really let my eating habits slip again. I have a problem w/NOT getting my calories. I have NOT been drinking my water. Well last week I did GREAT on Water, ok on calories but I let the cardio slide. This week I am sortof going back to the basics.
I will drink my water ATLEAST 6 cups:
Sunday 8 cups
Monday 9 cups
Tuesday 9 cups
Wed. 8 cups
Thurs. 10 cups
I will do my crunches (100 a day):
I will do cardio atleast 10 min. a day:
Sunday 12 min. kettlebell
Monday 10 min. kettlebell
Tues. 3 miles(39mins.) & 25 min. aerobic video
Wed. 10 min.
Thurs. (not really sure of the min.)
cleaned & carried boxes up & down steps
I will get some ST in (atleast 20 every other day):
Tues. handweights w/video & 15 min. mile
Thurs. 10 min.
I will meet atleast 2 of my food ranges everyday:
Sunday met ALL FOUR!!
Monday met 3 of the four!
Tues. finally after drinking Protein shake (met 2)
Wed. met 3
Thurs. met 2--1 over
carbs. (range: 166-240)
Fat (range: 33-58)
protein (range: 60 - 130)
