Hoping to get back on track soon

It has nearly been two weeks since I injured my back, and though it is feeling much better than it was, I am still in a great deal of pain. At the moment I can only sit for short periods of time before the pressure on my lower back becomes to much.

Since exercising is out of the question I had to cancel my pilates class, but instead of getting a refund I asked them to put it on my account so I can use it towards something else later. I am hoping that by next week I will feel well enough to use my credit at the pool. I am anxious to start exercising again and swimming should be easier on my back than anything else.

    Sorry to read about your back. Amazing what pain that spine can put us in. I personally haven't had back problems but DH has and it isn't fun. He had to sit on the floor and put his socks on while still in excruciatingt pain. Hope it doesn't last and that you can get up and attaher soon. I know how guilty one feels when you can't get at the exercise that your body is used to..
