100 Push ups: Week 1

I officially have week 1 of the 100 push ups challenge under my belt! Even though the program only requires 3 days a week, I can actually start to feel a difference in the amount of strength I have in my upper shoulders! One of my goals for April is to perform 10 push ups in good form without a problem. emoticon I can't wait to check my progress at the end of the month!


Day 1:
Maximum Reps (for 5th Set): 8 Push ups
Total # of Push ups: 17

Day 2:
Maximum Reps (for 5th Set): 8 Push ups
Total # of Push ups: 20

Day 3:
Maximum Reps (for 5th Set): 10 Push ups (Struggled!!)
Total # of Push ups: 27
