Anticipation of weekly weigh in

As I wake up this morning, I realize that it is weigh in day.........will there be a lower number? I hope so because it certainly feels like it..........or will I be disappointed?

Alot of thoughts are running through my brain before I actually step on that scale........did I "overdo it" with my caloric intake? Did I not work out enough this week? Am I going crazy with the fact that my clothes are actually fitting ALOT better? How will I feel if the number hasn't changed? Will I let the unchanged number stop me from continuing my journey? Will I sabotage it by "feeding" it?

Crazy, huh?

Well, I did finally weigh myself...........and I lost ANOTHER 3.5 pounds!!! Woohoo!!

So, all that hard work and anticipation paid off. I know that I am well on my way to a better me......14 pounds gone in 3 weeks........of course, I know that the numbers will be lower from here on out........because 1-2 lbs per week is the "safe" way to lose it and keep it off..........

I am just so ecstatic about this.........and I am rambling.........I apologize........but it has been a very long time since I have kept my momentum going and have seen some positive results!

If you are thinking about quiting right now, DON'T! Just keep going, even if you don't see any weight loss this week........
