45 lbs lost!

I have officially lost 45 lbs on the Weight Watcher plan. I feel better than I have in a long time. I've learned that I need to be more patient with myself in regards to my weight loss. There are some weeks that I gained 2-3 lbs even though I'm tracking. I used to get very discouraged, but, I'm realizing that women's body weight fluctuates. Everything normally works out correctly as along as I am tracking and working out. I initially wasn't too thrilled with the pointplus program, but, I've grown to enjoy it. The free fruits and vegetables have been helpful especially during the times when I run out of points. I'm starting to become bored with my gym routine, so, I'm going to start taking some classes!
