Day 18 & weigh in/measurements

First things first - weight: 156 that is down 4 lbs since last week emoticon
Neck:15 1/5 (-1/4 inch)
Waist:41 (-1/2 inch)
Hip:42 1/4 (-1/2 inch)
Total of 4 lbs loss and 1 1/4 inch loss!!! YIPPEE!

Super excited considering my food choices could have been better. But I did not let it discourage me! Ready for today...over slept so no workout!!! I HAVE to fix that! Gonna try some office exercises!
