Jogged a bit

Wanted to run before work, but didn't get there in time, so I had to figure out a way to do it later. Worked all day, home for dinner, took my son to hockey practice early so that we could run before. He's 7, has much more endurance than me, and is faster than me, but we're buddies and stuck together. Ran just over a mile in about 15 minutes. Had to take breaks to walk a bit and also to make a pit stop. Then we went in to the arena, he played hockey, and I read some more Nutrition for Dummies. It is now 11:16 PM, and I am scheduled to be at the gym, ready to work out, at 6 AM (6 hours, 43 minutes from now), so I'm outta here !
