Walking is helping

Well, tonight at my weigh-in, I had a 1 1/4 lb loss...I will so take it. I felt like I gained. I think my saving grace (after my prayer to just stay the same and not have a gain-yes God answers even small prayers-Thank goodness!) was walking on my treadmill. I have gotten back in the swing of it. I have been walking everynight at least 2 miles at a time. Tuesday, while I watched "Biggest Loser" I walked over an hour and did 4 miles. Wah Hoo...I actually moved while watching that show and not sitting on the couch eating popcorn (LOL). A couple of other nights I have done 3 or a little more. My blood sugars are starting to come down too (slowly, but coming down)....answers to prayers. Which I can still use. Thanks so much.
