Walking is helping

Well, tonight at my weigh-in, I had a 1 1/4 lb loss...I will so take it. I felt like I gained. I think my saving grace (after my prayer to just stay the same and not have a gain-yes God answers even small prayers-Thank goodness!) was walking on my treadmill. I have gotten back in the swing of it. I have been walking everynight at least 2 miles at a time. Tuesday, while I watched "Biggest Loser" I walked over an hour and did 4 miles. Wah Hoo...I actually moved while watching that show and not sitting on the couch eating popcorn (LOL). A couple of other nights I have done 3 or a little more. My blood sugars are starting to come down too (slowly, but coming down)....answers to prayers. Which I can still use. Thanks so much.
You are all so great!!!! I love being able to blog my feelings and have people who can relate and understand what I am going through. BLESSINGS to all of you!!!

    that is great way to go.you know something i always exercise duiring the biggest loser the whole 2 hours,in factas only saying to the husband,why canĀ“t it be as easy to exercise during other programs as during the biggest loser.lol.guess that is down to me though.how is it going with the step daughter is it any better?i hope so.remember it is down to us and if we put our minds to it we can do it. emoticon
