Hesitated, but got on the scale anyway

I just didn't want to do it, get on that scale. I am feeling so good about sticking with it, but knew I wasn't the best about it this past week. So I said to self: look the worst it can be is a pound up or so - you weren't that bad and besides - you know you could have done better.
Well - I must have done something right - 'cause I'm down a pound again this week!
Conclusion - my efforts are being rewarded and now it seems my healthier eating is becoming a "way of life" and a good one at that!
