OnWard To OneDerLand: Day 6 & 7

Yesterday 4/7/2011 was a hard day... very stressful at work. However, I managed to eat up to 87 grams of protein, Stayed my calorie range( including 20 chocolate covered almonds:( , did a 20 min walk on treadmill intervals burned 215 calories
and did Body Pump (weights) for 55 mins burned 550 calories and had 90-100 ounce of water.
I have 107 grams of protein planned for the day. 950-1100 calories. Drink 100 oz of water. Zumba Workout and try to stay mentally calm and relaxed.
Meal 1- 1/2 cup Egg whites w/ 3 turkey sausage
Meal 2- 1 cup of Promogrante Chaboni Greek Yogurt w/ Kashi Cereal added.
Meal 3- 4oz Grilled Chicken Breast w/ 1/2 c of Organic Salad Beans and a Baby Bella Cheese.
Meal 4- Grilled Chicken Salad/w//baby spinach,red onion, blue cheese, flaxseed, cranraisins.
Meal 5- Chocolate Whey Protein Shake ( after Zumba)
