soooooooooo rested.

was going to take a quick nap before the gym last night - slept right through! got almost 12 hours of was pretty wonderful, woke up super rested.

ended up eating very sensibly yesterday. pretty proud of myself. but i really don't think i drank enough...random because i normally do...

i figured out my mega-frustration yesterday, but alas, new ones today.

focus for today really has to be getting to the gym. i do this a lot. monday and tuesday do greeeat work outs, then wednesday find a reason not to go, then all down hill from there...if i can make it back on my own today, can make the fh go with me tomorrow/over the weekend...
