End of Week 1 in my DIGG DEEP 100 Day Challenge

I didn't get the number I wanted on the scale this morning, but it didn't go up so I will not whine.

I have increased my exercisee, specifically my ST and I am very happy about that.

Still working on the dreaded cardio - I know - most of you ladies LOVE YOUR CARDIO - not me - let me sweat it out with the iron any day. And the ST actually does morer for me when I am ON!! I think I am ON, now.

Trying to up my water to 1/2 my weight in oz. and I am about to float away - but will continue to strive.

I had 5 good food days of 7, but the 2 bad ones were pretty bad, so if I FIX that - I should get these numbers moving real soon.

I am struggling to PULL THIS ALL TOGETHER - but then it has always been a struggle. I KNOW what to do, I just sometimes lose track - not of the goal, but of the hard work required to accomplish it.

ACCOUNTIBILITY!! Everyone repeat that - ACCOUNTIBILITY!!!

Oh yeah, and NO EXCUSES!!

There are no watchdogs, there are no enforcers - it is WHAT YOU MAKE IT!!!

    I think it is really great that you know where you are doing well and where you can still improve. I agree with the comments that knowing what works for you and what has to be done can often be half the battle and you seem to have that part together, so you are well on your way! Keep positive, I know you are a very determined person and that you WILL succeed!

    Knowing what to do if half the battle, and following through is the other half. I know from personal experience that the first half is so much easier than the second.

    And I agree that accountability is HUGE!

    Yep, you are figuring it out! It is all about the journey to get there, isn't it? Come on with the cardio! It isn't THAT bad!!! But you are so right, it is WHAT YOU MAKE IT!!! And I know by the end of this 100 days you will have accomplished what you set out to do and put it all together!!!

    vERY TRUE JAN!IT'S WHAT WE MAKE IT. WHEN THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY, IT MAY BE A BAD WEEK, FOOD-WISE OR EXERCISE-WISE, WHEN WE KNOW WHERE WE MADE THE MISTAKE, IT'S EASY TO TRY AND CORRECT IT, AND MAKE THINGS WORK AGAIN FOR US!
