Even though my weight is static despite my best efforts right now, uncharacteristically, instead of throwing in the towel & binging, I'm reminding myself of how much better I feel, when I'm eating in a healthy way & exercising.

So, after my40 minute stretch workout, I'm heading to the American Heart Associations 1/2 mile Heart Walk @ noon today. This is a very big step for me, as I will have my walker (on wheels) & I've never done anything like this before.
