So Started reading the SPark and actually it all makes sense. I made a list of my long term goals and I printed them and hung them up on my walls in my office. I guess now it is time to set out the short term goals. 10 lbs seems like it need to be my mid-term goal but does 1 lbs a week too little to loose? And is anyone else get bored at work and want to snack or is it just me? emoticon
