What to do on a sick day...

I was up all night last night, nursing a very queasy tummy. It all started with yesterday's breakfast: 2 turkey sausage patties and 2 whole grain waffles with diabetic syrup. I really think it could have been the syrup, next time I will top with fruit instead. My stomach has not been right since! I didn't eat well the rest of the day and my tummy ickiness has carried over into today. I feel I need to eat something, so will try some toast here in a bit and maybe a banana. I wanted to try to design my own workout today with music I love and ideas from here and from my many DVD's. I planned to set my kitchen timer for 15 min, then go with the flow. But my tummy hurts, bad! I am debating over what to do now.
