Hit my First Goal!!!!

Tuesday, April 05, 2011

Today my unreliable Scale said I hit my first Goal weight!!! The gym scale, which is also unreliable confirmed it. They both go up and down a number of ounces and sometimes up to a pound difference stepping on and off them. Anyway, I will take that as being pretty much right! Lol
I will wait to move my tracker for a few days, wanna make sure it doesn't flux back up. Wanna see go below 177 before I declare it on my tracker! emoticon
It was my weight when I got married! :) it was a big deal for me to reach that again because after that I slowly krept back up the scale again.
I pretty much have had to start over. Minus 4 or 5 pounds is all. So, now that I,m here I feel I have almost wiped the slate clean and can pick up and continue the downward journey. (Down the scale) lol. I say "almost" cause I want to see it go down like 2 more on my scale so I can not feel like I am barely straddling the needle on the scale.
My second goal is 165. A weight my body held for years as my "normal" weight. I don't want that to be my "normal" weight again. But I would like to visit it on my way down. I think my 3rd goal will be the weight I was the summer I came to alaska. 157. I was wearing 9 and 10s and felt really good. I had droppped like 15 pounds really fast and loved the new me! That was 2006.
Thanks for letting me share!!! Here's to kissing 177 goodbye! I'm heading south!!! :)

Celebrate your victory now. The scale will always be somewhat unpredictable so don't fret to much on that.
