New Month New Challenge!

Well to wrap up the month of March, I can successfully say that I completed my March goal. This was challenging for me because I haven't had a book that I've really wanted to read, however I decided to start a new book and quickly fell in love. It was funny and I really enjoyed it and ended up completing my goal with 21 days of reading out of 20.

This month I decided I would go back to a fitness goal so I've decided that I want/need to increase my strength training and further tone my muscles. So I'm going to 1 core, 1 arm and 1 leg strength training program every week.

So here I go strengthening my muscles one day at a time!

Sorry I don't have much to say today, it's late and I want to get to bed tonight.
