ONWARD to OneDerLand: Day 4

Today was a good day... no pics needed b/c they are already on other blogs from last week.
I went from 6am-5pm on Liquids-- tea, water, beachbody fast formula.
Dinner- chili w/ 1/2 c of corn chips and Greek Yogurt Portfait.
Not enough calories for today.. but I'm not so hungry. today 45 grams of Protein and 810 calories.
Workout- Body Pump for 45 mins. light weights today.
2mor Protein Load day...
Got my food already prepared.
Brk- 1c Egg whites w/ grilled Chicken breast.
Snk- 1c Greek Yogurt w/ blueberry granola and crushed cinnomon almonds.
Lunch- 1 oz grilled Salmon, 1/2 c of Lentil and Quinoa.
Snk- 1 1/2 cup Grilled Chicken salad/ baby spinach, cranrasins, crushed almonds w/ flaxseed, bluecheese,red onion with Lite Ceasar Dressing.
Dinner- Greek Yogurt Pomogrante (new flavor)

Workout--Turbo Jam Cardio Party ( Lets Get this Party Started)
