Ready to start Phase 2

Well, two weeks ago, when I started the South Beach Diet, I wasn't sure if I could go without bread or sweets. wow! After the cravings were gone, it was so much easier. I weighed myself today and I have lost 8 pounds. I feel better about this whole thing! Yea me!

    Yay! It feels great doesn't it! I really slowed down on the weight loss once I started phase 2, but it is good to slip in some fruit and bread.

    How did the interview go? Hope all goes well!
