I'm up 1 lb since yesterday - oh NO! I know that my thyroid medication dose goes down over the weekend & that could be the culprit, as I have been devoted to my meal plan & exercise routine. The key for today is not to throw in the towel & use this as an excuse to binge.
I'm reminding myself that I feel better by sticking with the program & that is reason enough with or without the weight loss. Plus, I still have the whole week left before my next "scheduled" weekly weigh in.
Its all about keeping the faith & staying committed to my goals.
